Staff can benefit from a variety of essential assessments of health and physical fitness. Such monitoring is both an ideal indicator of ongoing development and an excellent motivational tool.
Our assessments include basic analysis for Body Composition like Body Mass Index (BMI), as well as accurate Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA) for body fat. Other components include Blood Pressure, and Resting Heart Rate, Muscular Endurance analysis, basic flexibility, and Cardiovascular fitness assessment.
These components can be chosen to suit individual need, and organized within a group scenario to optimize time management.
