Our strategy is to explore numerous topics, myths and issues encapsulating the world today. Our emphasis is to focus on particular topics that will improve knowledge, such as: discussing foods that increase weight gain; foods with adverse health effects, and presenting tools that will aid discussion in sessions; such as food label reading, and important tools to help individuals; including keeping a food diary. Individual meetings are an excellent option for personal requirements and can be conducted with confidentiality. Group sessions are perhaps the ideal option, as they prompt discussion and interaction. They also are less time consuming in regards to individuals away from their work.
